1. Acceptance of Terms By using the “Shapes” application (hereinafter “the App”), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from using the App.
2. Description of Service Shapes is a mobile game that offers entertainment features. The App integrates “Google Play Games Services” to enable score saving, global leaderboard viewing, and achievement tracking.
3. Use of Google Play Games Services Access to leaderboards and social features requires authentication via a Google account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their Google credentials. The App does not have access to the user’s password.
4. User Conduct The user agrees not to use the App for unlawful activities or to attempt to fraudulently tamper with scores and leaderboards. We reserve the right to suspend access to online features in case of violations.
5. Limitation of Liability The App is provided “as is”. While we do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that Google Play Services features will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for any data or score loss due to technical malfunctions.
6. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
